What Kind  of Day Did I Have & Why?

Today I was a conductor... not an orchestra or train conductor... an energy conductor. Plus, I was able to check in and have some girl talk with a few girlfriends and my sister so that only added to my conduction!  I'm building up all of my energy to take over this week like no other! 

How Do I Feel? Health/Lupie Status?  |  Workout Time & Duration?

It was Arms & Shoulders Day, so it was a little hand intensive which caused a little bit of pain. Just a teench! I'm pretty sure that's not a word (it isn't), but we're gonna run with it anyway.

Also, working out without my gym partner left me a little lonely, but I did get through my workout in about an hour...I'm not quite sure if that is a pro or a con. 

Destination Wedding Task Tackled:

Che brought up wedding venue lighting again, so that means I need to get on it while he's still excited about it. Sooooo...I added it to my to-do list for the week - Put Together Lighting Options for Che. Got it! 

Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?

Yes and no...But more yes than no. 

See, here's the thing: Over the past couple of days, I've been rethinking my decision back on Day 198 to have my wedding band made in a size 6.5 instead of matching my engagement ring's size of 6.75. It felt a little snug at the time, but I chalked that up to Lupie swelling and insisted on ordering the sample size 6.5. So that's what we did. I was oh-so-sure back then, but now I'm not as confident in that decision. I'm starting to think that I need that extra .25 inches to account for more swelling and to avoid my fat & chubby fingers looking like sausages for the rest of my life. Beautiful sausages, but still sausages nonetheless. Well...tonight Che's concerns resurfaced, so I'm taking it as confirmation that I need a bigger ring.  I'll call Melanie in the morning and see what she can do. At this point, it makes no sense to get frustrated - either they'll change it now...or change it later. 

Loving Black Love Moment?

At about 7pm, Che looked at me and asked, "Do you know what today is?"...I had no idea of the actual date so I was looking crazy for a second, but as soon as he told me that it was the 27th, my heart melted. He remembered our 6 month countdown day! I had been so caught up with counting specific days and documenting through this blog...Today is 181, yesterday was 182 and tomorrow will be 180... that I hadn't even realized:

BECOMING HUSBAND & WIFE!

What am I happy for?

What could I have done better?

I could have read a book today.
Maybe not a WHOLE book, but I haven't had any good reading time in too long. I'm picking a new book tomorrow, and I just realized that I have my monthly free book credit through Audible, so there really is no excuse!

The ability to be able to enjoy moments.

That may sound weird, but enjoying the present moment is a habit that takes practice. I have grown to be pretty damn good at this, and I know some people struggle with it, so I'm happy for this gift. 

What am I doing tomorrow?

Grabbing life by the horns damn it! 

In addition to picking a new book to read, of course!
