What Kind of Day Did I Have & Why?

Today was MUCH better than yesterday. I was productive at work AND at home! Can't ask for much more after yesterday's episode of "What NOT to Do"

How Do I Feel? Health/Lupie Status?

I’ll give pain a 5 today...I was tired and achy for the most part, but I got through it...Don’t have much else to say on this one.

Workout Time & Duration?

After yesterday’s episode of “What NOT to Do in the Gym” I decided to take today off to completely recover.

Destination Wedding Task Tackled:

I went over some of the emails and started working on the lighting spreadsheet that I said I would do this week because of all of the confusion last weekend. I’m almost done, so I'll jump back on it tomorrow or Friday. There are so many different emails talking about lighting that I now understand why it was so difficult to keep track without this spreadsheet - it’s out of control.

Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?

Loving Black Love Moment?

Even though I’m trying to stay on my anti-inflammatory diet to keep the Lupus flares away (and keep my Desti body tight) I made Che the best chicken quesadilla I’ve ever made in my life. I didn’t eat it, but I could see that it was a masterpiece as I was making it - and then, of course he raved about it. I put all types of love on that thang and he loved it! I admit that I suffered a little while trying not to watch him fuck it up, but his happiness was totally worth it!
Making a bomb ass quesadilla for your boo, when you can’t eat cheese - that’s LOVE!


What am I happy for?

I’m happy that my man loves my cooking. I didn’t think I would ever care so much about that, but I really do find happiness in him enjoying my food. Sometimes I work very hard on these meals and it is nice to know that it’s not all in vain.

What could I have done better?

Hmmm....Maybe if I say that I should NOT take a nap, I’ll do it.

What am I doing tomorrow?

At the very least, I’m getting my nails did and getting back in the gym!
