What Kind of Day Did I Have & Why?

Today has been great, but whew...this week has really flown by! It’s really almost Friday! My custom napkins are almost finished and tomorrow is wedding dress fitting day! Is that a national holiday yet?!?

How Do I Feel? Health/Lupie Status?

Che asked me about this tonight and we realized that ever since my flare up last month, I haven’t yet returned to my lower numbers...which means: I haven’t gotten quite back to normal yet. I’m feeling good, but not as good as I know I can.

I’m getting back into my anti-inflammatory diet (with the exception of yesterday) so hopefully, I can get back to that point. In the meantime, I’ll continue with my creaky hands & stiff-ish joints - today’s pain was at about a 4 today.

Workout Time & Duration?

Today was Arms & Shoulders Day and we did pretty good for the most part.
We (and by we, I mean I) got a late start and skipped cardio so my energy wasn’t as high as it could have been. We cut out of the workout a little bit early, but thanks to Workout Partner/Super Agent Mrs. Gedeon, we did add an Abs workout into the mix. We were there about an hour - I think.

Destination Wedding Task Tackled:

Our wedding reception napkins are officially finished!!! I woke up this morning to an email from Lea letting me know that she was ironing and making them all pretty and they are almost ready for shipping! I paid the final balance and now I’m getting my Sharpie ready to check napkins off the list!

Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?

Nope.

Loving Black Love Moment?

I love seeing Che in the gym. He came in while we were wrapping up and he came over to give me my kiss and ended up talking about music selections for the wedding reception. It’s the little interactions, that make me feel a little extra somethin’ somethin’

Love that man!

What am I happy for?

I’m still happy that I’m having a bachelorette party in Atlanta and so many people want to celebrate with me! I really wasn’t expecting this amount of excitement from everyone and it means a lot to me!
This is going to be great!

What could I have done better?

Nuttin! Another stellar performance by yours truly!

What am I doing tomorrow?

Wedding Dress Fitting Day!!! Quite frankly, I’m not certain that anything else matters.
