Temperature: High 45° / Low 37°

What Kind  of Day Did I Have & Why?

This may be the 2nd best gift Pennsylvania has given me! Che is the 1st, of course! I might learn to love it here after all!

This may be the 2nd best gift Pennsylvania has given me! Che is the 1st, of course! I might learn to love it here after all!

Today was more social for me than usual. We tailgated with some neighbors and got to meet some nice and interesting people. There was a lot of conversation and laughter that took place, so today was a good day. The Steelers winning was a bonus!

Also, one of the best takeaways from the tailgate was being introduced to this Eggnog called Pennsylvania Dutch! It has the alcohol already in it (Rum, Brandy AND Whisky) and is DEEELICIOUS! I haven’t checked the nutrition label on it and will probably have to classify it as a cheat meal...but what the hell! It’s worth it. I think it made my day today!  That; and the Steelers win!

How Do I Feel? Health/Lupie Status?

Today was a 3 for pain today. Not bad, just not as good as yesterday. I woke up a little achy and it never quite went away. All-in-all, it was still good.

Workout Time & Duration?

No workouts took place today - not even a stretch! Nothing...Nada!
But I did put together tomorrow’s Booty Day workout and I’m pretty excited about that!

Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?

Nope, although I did think to myself at one point: Is my dress fabric ready yet? But...then I had to remember that on Day 178, I told myself I would give them 2 weeks before checking in.

Destination Wedding Task Tackled:

Nothing today. I think I did enough yesterday to last me a couple of days, so I’m taking a break!

Loving Black Love Moment?

While tailgating at our neighbors, my occupation came up and it was the first time I explained to a group of people (not close friends) that I no longer worked in the corporate world and was now working on my own business. By the way, that reminds me: I gotta work on my elevator pitch. Anyway, Che was extremely supportive and had great things to say about the business and me which took away my nerves and made me feel great! He has an exceptional way with words and was able to articulate my plans alongside me and show his support.  Love my supportive partner!

I get to marry him in 174 days!!!

What am I happy for?

Nachos & Cheat meals! Today was Steelers and Nachos Gameday, and it was great… I’ll be back on my good stuff tomorrow, but today I’m happy for nachos and cheat meals!

What could I have done better?

Gotta get that elevator pitch together man...
I did aight, but it needs work!

What am I doing tomorrow?

Starting the week off right with meal tracking, working out, checking in on the fabric for the wedding reception napkins and who the hell knows what else! Mondays are always surprising. I can’t wait to see what this week holds for me!
