What Kind of Day Did I Have & Why?
I have officially eliminated the word “busy” from my day descriptions. I’m focusing on the good! What’s that saying? Laughter is good for the soul...yeah, something like that!
I got some great soul food today.
How Do I Feel? Health/Lupie Status?
Still feeling great! I have less wrist pain than the past 2 days, so I’m happy about that. I’ll give my pain a 2 today.
Workout Time & Duration?
Well, 15 minutes of ab workouts really is some bullshit - especially when it’s supposed to be Core Day, but hey! It’s better than nothing...I think.
Destination Wedding Task Tackled:
I scheduled our appointment with our wedding planner, Joyce, to discuss the wedding reception menu options. She is available tomorrow night, so we took it!
Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?
Nope, but I did have lunch with my Bridefriend Alecia and she basically told me that I’m not running the bachelorette party so I need to sit back and enjoy the ride -- literally! I may or may not have controlling tendencies.
I will say that I’m liking the Bachelorette/Destilorette party itinerary and am getting excited all over again. I’m going to take Alecia’s direction and let them. Do the planning and I’ll figure out what the hell I'm wearing and schedule my makeup appointment!

Loving Black Love Moment?
We haven’t watched Family Feud together in who knows how long, but Che put it on tonight and it was great! I love when we laugh together and that show always delivers! We should add that back into our routine. What’s that saying? Laughter is good for the soul...yeah, something like that!
What am I happy for?
Supportive friends. I’ve been extra emotional about these disappointing ass people and I didn’t forget about my supportive friends, they were just overshadowed for a little bit. I really am lucky to have them!
What could I have done better?
I didn’t take a nap today...gotta get back to those. Since I’ve been staying up to work late more often, I need the naps to even it all out.
What am I doing tomorrow?
Gym, Nap, and Therapy!
