Day 123

Tuesday, January, 2017

Temperature: High 41° / Low 37°

What Kind of Day Did I Have & Why?

Crazy busy! The day went by very quickly! It was over before I knew it!

How Do I Feel? Health/Lupie Status?

Little waves of pain in my hands were more annoying than anything else. I’ll give my pain a 5 for today. Not as good as yesterday, but I’m not ready to ring any alarms quite yet.

Workout Time & Duration?

I can't even remember if I worked out...that's because I didn't! I didn't workout today! My day went by so damn fast I forgot to workout! I gotta make that up in the morning!

Destination Wedding Task Tackled:

I have almost finished my lighting “presentation” for our call with Joyce on Thursday, so I’m happy with myself! I’ll get it done by tomorrow...hell I have to if I’m going to get it to her before the damn meeting! Tomorrow it is!

I also had some wedding wear conversations with my Sonya (sister) and Kristen (bestie). I haven't made any progress, but every little bit counts! I'm babystepping!

Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?

Nope!

Loving Black Love Moment?

I have 2 today:

1. Che gave me one of those good ole’ "You’re Amazing" pep talks today! I’m back being nervous and unsure of my potential and he was the pick-me-up that I needed...he always is. He loves me and is so damn good with his words. I can handle a lifetime of this level of support!

2. After dinner tonight we finished our TV watching and worked together...side by side. We both decided that we were going to stick to the 6:30 am wake up and we’re going to be a more productive couple! Together!!! We’re so cute!

What am I happy for?

Even when I am down, I have a man who is so supportive and capable of lifting me up that I’m never down for too long. I’ve never had this before him and you’d think that after almost 4 years of being with him I’d be used to it...but I’m happy that I’m not! He surprises me more and more every day!

What could I have done better?

I’m not so certain that I made today better than yesterday, it was more of Che’s doing...I need to put more effort into improving my day on my own! Che can be my cherry on the top!

What am I doing tomorrow?

Making tomorrow better FOR REAL, finishing our lighting presentation for Joyce and making some decisions on these napkin options that Lea sent me last night! She’s on a roll and I don’t want to hold her up!
