Slow and steady...
I continued to take it easy today, since I’m still fresh off of my Lupus flare from Days 144-141.
I’m just Baby Stepping my way to my back to greatness! No rush here.
Considering the week I had, there wasn’t too much pain, so I’ll rate it between 5.5 & 6 and I’m believing that tomorrow will be even better!

Destination Wedding Task Tackled:
Che got a large chunk of the wedding music playlist done tonight and I sat right next to him as he did it...He’s so into it and I love how cute he is right now… He has his headphones in and is listening to songs to make sure that he gets the vibe right… I’m loving it!
Any Old Destination Wedding Tasks Making a Comeback?
Well, yes and no…
So, after all of the work that I put in on Days 149 and 145 creating the wedding music playlist spreadsheet for Che, our DJs were so awesome as to update their database on their own...so it really isn’t needed anymore. Oh well, I'm sure he’ll use it for something!
And at least the playlist is in the works!

Loving Black Love Moment?
Whenever Che asks for my advice on the "appropriate vibes" for specific wedding songs, I can't help but try to imagine us there on that day...that’s the only way to really determine the vibe. I know that we really don’t know exactly how we’ll feel on our wedding day, but it sure is fun trying to figure it out!
I just realized that as Che is sitting here next to me with his headphones on, he is picturing the same thing (or is at least trying to)...and it feels a little sweeter now. He is trying to make sure everyone is in the perfect space for our wedding and enjoying themselves while also getting to know us a little bit better, through music… He’s so sweet! ❤️💕❤️💕

What am I happy for?
I’m happy that I’m finished giving Sparky his bath and won’t have to do it again for a month or so! His next grooming experience will be with his Groomer Dani, so I’m off the hook!

What could I have done better?
I could have taken a damn nap today. I know I’m not physically back at 100%, so a nap would have been a good idea to try to speed up my recovery! Oh, well...there’s always tomorrow...
What am I doing tomorrow?
Continuing my recovery mode, but we get to host some friends for the Steelers vs. Dolphins playoff game so I’m excited about that! I’ll figure out how to squeeze in some rest at some point in the day!
